REAL CONCEPTS
for real life

OVERVIEW

Dynamic Fighting Concepts is a martial science that uses a set of concepts that are realistic and based wholly on self defense and personal protection. These concepts can be applied to any martial art or fighting system and are universal in their application.

These concepts are:

  1. Pre-emptive Strike. Use a pre=emptive strike when necessary to stop a confrontation. Hit First! Stun and run!

  2. Strike when someone is inside arms length. There are only 3 types of people that should ever be that close to you. They are family members, close friends, or an intimate partner.

  3. Simplicity of motion and techniques. Keep it simple! You want to strike and get away quickly. You don’t have time to think about what technique to use or how to move.

  4. Strong/dominant side forward. Keeping your strong or dominant side forward will help you hit more instinctually and effectively.

  5. Strike the primary targets of: eyes, ears, nose, throat, jaw, and groin. These are the most vulnerable parts of the human body and everyone will respond to strikes to these areas.

  6. Always take space. Keep moving forward. Keep the opponent on his heels and keep him off balance. This will give you the advantage.
